Fee Details

For all students enrolled in the academic year, the first payment of fees is due on or before May 20th. The triplicate of the fee payment chalan must be submitted at the office along with the relevant student details as shared in the prospectus.

For students who are seeking admission for the first time, detailed instructions on the method of payment, dates, etc., will be shared during the process of admission.

Parents can opt to pay their fees online or offline. Offline payments can be made through the bank and also at the school office. There are almost 100 branches of Canara Bank in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi, respectively. The school office will issue the paying-in-slips (chalans) needed for this at the time of admission. The School Office must get a bank receipt or counterfoil even if online payments are also accepted. The student’s Name, Class, and Roll No. must be stated correctly when making an online payment. The School Office won’t be able to identify the remitter without these.

The School welcomes payments on or before the due date. Late payments are strongly discouraged as it causes a lot of problems.

If any clarification is required, parents are requested to contact the Office personally or write to the Principal.

All disputes are subject to Udupi Court Jurisdiction.
